As of 30 November 2023 you will no longer be able to access the Red Energy Rewards® program under your Living Energy Saver plan.


There will be no impact on the amount you should expect to pay under your current plan as a result of the end of this benefit. All other features of your current plan, such as your rates will continue to apply.


If you wish to remain on your current Living Energy Saver plan you do not need to take any action. If you take no action, we estimate that you will pay $1,026.31 (inclusive of GST) for electricity over the next 12 months. This is an estimate based on your recent usage and reflects what you are likely to pay over the next 12 months with no benefit applied. This figure does not take into account potential changes to your usage that may occur over the next 12 months or any applicable conditional discounts.


You can visit Energy Made Easy at www.energymadeeasy.gov.au/offer-search to compare other generally available offers in your area. Answer the questions and then enter the information under ‘Find an energy plan’ below into Energy Made Easy to see a list of available plans. You can also request historical billing and usage data from us to assist you in comparing other generally available offers in your area.
